Fie Fox in the forest is an offer for a do-it-yourself kind of naturewalk. The offer is aimed at anybody who is interested in a walk in the forest filled with challenges.
Fie Fox is a marked path in the forest. Along the path you will meet 13 signs, each with their own little nature story and a question to answer - see if you can get 13 correct answers! You can challenge yourself, your family, your class, co-worker or... just about anybody!
The questions are suitaible for adults and children above the age of 10.
Fie Fox in the forest can be found in three differents forests in Thy. The questions and answers are different, so it is possible to have three different experiences and challenges.

The three forests in Thy where you can find Fie Fox are located in Rønhede, Tved and Vilsbøl Plantations.

Rønhede Plantage near Bedsted
This is what you do in the forest:
From the parking area you follow the marked path which is 2 km long. The path is marked with red arrows on red stakes.
Tved Plantage by Tved Kirke
This is what you do in the forest:
From the parking area you follow the marked path. The path is 2,6 km long. It is marked with yellow and blue arrows on red stakes. PLEASE NOTE! From point 7 til point 10 you follow the blue arrows and then the yellow ones again.
Vilsbøl Plantage by Nors Sø
This is what you do in the forest:
From the bathing area you pick path no. 15 which is marked with yellow arrows. The path is 2 km long. |
